Our shipping at Kingdom Jewels Boutique is through USPS we use first class & flat rate shipping on our products. We have no obligation to packages once they leave our shop. We will give tracking information and USPS customer services number & website. We can not assume any responsibility after a package has left our destination. It is the customers responsibility to make sure address is accurate to a fault. If it is our error in any way we will take full responsibility for shipping charges and products. Shipping rates range from min $5 and up.
